Maria Caballero
President, TERREPOWER
Maria Caballero is president of the BBB’s TERREPOWER division, reporting to CEO, Duncan Gillis.
Maria is a 30-year veteran of the automotive industry both in public and private companies. She has held several OE service and OE production leadership positions. Throughout her career, Maria has led numerous cross functional teams to create and launch multiple product programs to meet the automotive industry’s ever-changing technology needs.
Prior to joining BBB, Maria led the Visteon Electronics OE service group. Prior to her time at Visteon, Maria worked for Ford’s automotive component division where she held various roles in Manufacturing, Business Planning and Program Management.
Maria is a passionate supporter of circular economy principles.
Maria earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Cadiz and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
She enjoys reading history and is an avid soccer fan. Maria resides in Dearborn, MI.
