Duygu Seker
President, Europe
Duygu Seker is president of BBB’s European division, reporting to CEO, Duncan Gillis.
Duygu is responsible for all facets of BBB’s European business, including sustainable manufacturing and new non-discretionary parts.
Duygu has more than 20 years of multi-industrial and multicultural global experience. She has led global businesses with full P&L responsibilities and has a track record of driving profitability and market share by delivering strong short and long-term financial results. Duygu has assembled high-performing teams by attracting and nurturing talent, while also defining and implementing strategies to successfully capture opportunities in existing and new markets.
Prior to joining BBB, Duygu spent four years with Manitou Group in France, a global heavy equipment manufacturer, as the company’s Global Vice President & General Manager of Spare Parts and Attachments, Service & Solutions Division.
Prior to that, Duygu worked for Ingersoll Rand for six years in various roles including serving as its Global Director of Marine, Rail & Air, Aftermarket Service & Parts business. Duygu also worked for Johnson Controls for six years as the company’s Commercial Leader for the HVAC division.
Duygu graduated from YILDIZ Technical University in Istanbul, with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and has a global executive master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in Alliance from Manchester Business School.
Duygu is passionate about technology and mentors young entrepreneurs on megatrends and technology start-ups.
Duygu lives in Brussels, Belgium. In her spare time, she enjoys nature, meditating, riding horses, and sailing with friends and family.
