Dr. Andreas Reger
President, Undercar
Andreas Reger is president of BBB’s Undercar Strategic Business Unit, reporting to CEO Duncan Gillis.
Andreas leads all aspects of BBB’s Undercar business which includes brake calipers, hydraulic steering, and electric power steering.
Andreas spent his entire career focusing on growth and performance improvement in an international business environment. A native of Germany, Andreas lived and worked in Spain, Turkey, Jordan, and Suriname before moving to the US to join Siemens Automotive (now Continental AG) in 2000.
Before joining BBB, Andreas was the CEO of ALPLA North America, a world leader in developing and producing innovative and sustainable plastics packaging solutions. Prior to ALPLA, Andreas was president & CEO of DÜRR Ecoclean, Inc., which was successfully sold to a Chinese investor in 2017.
Andreas graduated from the University of Wiesbaden (Germany) with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and earned his MBA from Colorado State University. He received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Lawrence Tech University where he researched profit improvement strategies for manufacturing companies.
An avid soccer player, Andreas loves to coach his kids’ soccer teams and resides in Fairhope, Alabama.
