OE REPLACEMENT THERMOSTATS
MC brand thermostats are engineered to be an exact OE replacement, offering the same dimensions, materials, and opening temperatures as the OE part. Because thermostats play such a critical role in maintaining the working temperature of the engine, MC brand thermostats are manufactured to the highest quality standards, individually tested, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Products in this line include thermostats, thermostat housings, thermostat housing assemblies, and water outlets.

1. Verify
O-Rings - Thread pitch - Gaskets - Dimensions
2. Spectrometry Test
Thermostat material and components are tested. The deviation with OEM material must be less than 2%.
3. Compare Temperature
Opening temperature and function must be within +/- 5 degrees of OEM specifications.
4. Apply Pressure
With compressed air immersed into water, we insure the thermostat doesn't present any leaks.
5. Final Checks for Leaks
The leak value must be equal or less than 40ml/h.
