BBB Industries Announces Gonzalo Cajade as Chief People Officer

 

DAPHNE, ALA. Sept. 18, 2023 - BBB Industries (BBB), a leading sustainable manufacturer serving the automotive, industrial, energy storage and solar markets, has appointed Gonzalo Cajade as its Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer (CPO), effective immediately. Cajade will be based in the company’s corporate center outside of Mobile, Alabama. He replaces Matt Brynildson who will remain in an advisory role through the transition.

 

Cajade is an experienced industrial sector human resources leader who spent his entire career at the former United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and Otis Elevator, which successfully spun off from UTC in 2020. He brings over two decades of experience in multicultural settings including regional CPO roles in Asia-Pacific based in Singapore, and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) based in Belgium. Cajade was also the Vice President of Talent and Diversity for Otis and most recently he was CPO for their Americas business.

 

Gonzalo holds an undergraduate degree from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa where he majored in labor relations and an MBA from the IAE Business School, both in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

His global experience provides him with a diverse perspective and the skills to navigate and lead in culturally rich environments. He has dedicated his professional life to contributing positively to company culture and fostering people development.
