BBB INDUSTRIES CONTINUES EUROPEAN EXPANSION WITH ACQUISITION OF INTER-TURBO IN POLAND

 

DAPHNE, ALA. - BBB Industries, LLC (BBB), a sustainable manufacturer and leader in the automotive aftermarket, announced today that it has acquired Inter-Turbo sp. z o.o., through its wholly owned subsidiary Budweg Caliper A/S. Terms of the deal were not announced. This acquisition further expands BBB’s presence in Europe following its 2022 acquisition of Budweg and several others throughout Europe since 2019.

 

Inter-Turbo is based in Katowice, Poland and sustainably manufactures turbochargers, injectors and diesel particulate filters (DPFs). Founded in 2009 by Blazej Michalik and Marek Jasiok, Inter-Turbo services more than 16,000 models of turbochargers as well as a wide range of injection systems. Operational excellence and product quality are paramount performance metrics.
