Gonzalo Cajade

Gonzalo Cajade is BBB’s chief people officer and executive vice president, reporting to CEO Duncan Gillis.
As the leader of BBB’s global human resources function, Gonzalo and his team work on enabling the Company’s strong growth agenda, through the design and deployment of effective talent management, total rewards, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and labor relations processes, programs and systems.
Gonzalo joined BBB in 2023. He is an experienced industrial sector human resources leader who began his career at the former United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and Otis Elevator, which successfully spun off from UTC in 2020. He brings over two decades of experience in multicultural settings including regional CPO roles in Asia-Pacific based in Singapore, and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) based in Belgium. Gonzalo was also the Vice President of Talent and Diversity for Otis globally and most recently he was the CPO for their Americas business.
Gonzalo earned his undergraduate degree from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa where he majored in labor relations and holds an MBA from the IAE Business School, both in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In his spare time, Gonzalo enjoys volunteering in the community, playing soccer and golf, scuba diving and reading history books. He and his wife have four children.
Gonzalo is based at BBB’s corporate center outside of Mobile, Alabama.
